From Fredericton, Upper Canada, or USA via I-95 at Houlton Maine; take Trans-Canada (hwy 2) to hwy 7 South just east of Fredericton to hwy 1 east & follow directions below.

From USA via I-95 to Bangor, Me and Maine Rte 9 to Calais, take hwy 1 east from St Stephen and follow directions below.

From points east take Trans-Canada (hwy 2) to hwy 1 west and follow directions below.

Highway 1 - Eastbound
Take exit 122 - City Center. Turn left at the first set of lights onto Union Street and continue on through four sets of lights onto the Courtenay Bay Causeway. After crossing the Causeway, turn right on to Bayside Drive. Go to the end of Bayside Drive and bear left through two sets of lights; road becomes Grandview Avenue. Industrial Drive is on the right. We are at number 85 (on the left side) .

Truckers note; After exiting at 122 you must turn right on Union St and immediately right again on Smythe St and then right again onto Station St (Rte 100 E). Proceed straight through 2 sets of traffic lights (Station St becomes City Rd) for about 2.5 Km. At the third set of lights turn right onto Crown St and pick up directions from there on below.

Highway 1 - Westbound
Take exit 125 - Crown Street. Continue towards Crown Street (left at the lights). At the intersection of Crown and Union turn left at the lights and onto the Courtenay Bay Causeway. After crossing the Causeway, turn right on to Bayside Drive. Continue to the end of Bayside Drive and bear left through two sets of lights; road becomes Grandview Avenue. Industrial Drive is on the right. We are at number 85 (on the left side) .
